The Golf & SPA Europe Certificate is offered to hotels and resorts which fulfil in high quality the requirements of wellness orientated golfers:
- Exceptional and remarkable wellness ambience of the hotel
- Outstanding wellness offers in furnishment, equipment and treatment quality
- At least one 18 holes golf course belonging to the hotel or a course within 15 km distance (free shuttle service and green fee reduction)
The Golf & SPA Europe Certificate is awarded in three categories
Additional to the EAWS Basic-Criteria, Golf & SPA hotels offer attractive golf activities and wellness treatments specified and individualised for golfers.
Additional specified Golf & SPA Hotel Select criteria:
- At least one 18 hole golf course available on site or in less than 15 km from the hotel
- Tee time booking at hotel
- Consierable greenfee reduction for hotel guests
- Shuttle service between golf course and hotel (free of charge)
- Attractive golf shop on site or at the golf course
- Certified professional and golf lessons available for guests
