The Medical SPA Europe Certificate is offered to hotels and establishments which fulfil in high quality the requirements of wellness orientated guests:
- Exeptional and remarkable wellness ambiance in the hotel
- Outstanding wellness offers in furnishment, equipment and treatment quality
- Medical service offering in the field of wellness medicine and preventive medicine
- Medical Wellness concept and supervision by a physician
The Medical SPA Europe Certificate is awarded in three categories:
Additional specified Medical SPA Hotel Select criteria:
- Supervision of the Medical SPA departement by a wellness specialized and experienced physician
- Separate doctor´s room and treatment room in the hotel
- Written down in-house wellness concept available for all guets
- Possibility for individual guest supervision by the GP if desired
- Entry examination including individual wellness concept available for guests within 15 hrs from check-in
- Medical practitioner daily available if needed (guest request)
- Final examination (including report if requested)
