The legal form is an international association without any intentions to make profit.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the EAWS\u00a0superviser team\u00a0for certification quality are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physicians spezialized in General Medicine, Natural Medizine, Sports Medizine, Surgery<\/li>\n<li>MBAs<\/li>\n<li>Hotel experts<\/li>\n<li>QM experts of health and leisure industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Head\u00a0 of the institute is Dr. Hans Joerg Schmeisser\u00a0MBA, in Germany, Austria and Switzerland the only publicly certified and sworn expert\u00a0for wellness concepts and wellness facilities. Dr. H J Schmeisser\u00a0has worked as a general practicioner with specialisation in sports medicine and natural medicine and has\u00a0a university degree\u00a0in business administration (MBA).<\/p>\n<p>Audit Competence of external auditors[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"porto-history wpb_content_element \" data-appear-animation=\"fadeInUp\"><div class=\"thumb\"><img alt=\"\" src=\"\/\/wellness-audits.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/ihk-auszeichnung.jpg\"><\/div><div class=\"featured-box\"><div class=\"box-content\"><p>All EAWS-contracted audits are supervised by Dr. Hans J\u00f6rg Schmeisser MBA the director of the institute,\u00a0who stands with his signature and name as\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wellness-audits.eu\/cms\/front_content.php?idart=84\">publicly certified and sworn expert\u00a0<\/a>for neutrality and objectivity and for publicly proven wellness competence.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The EAWS contracts independent external wellness experts as Auditors!<\/p>\n<p>Tthe EAWS as certifying party does not accomplish the audits of wellness establishments. All EAWS-contracted external\u00a0audit teams\u00a0are carefully examined and trained for wellness facility and wellness hotel audits. Only experienced and highly competent auditors are\u00a0testing for the EAWS:<\/p>\n<p>This includes besides of professional competency also additional own hotel experience as guests in 4**** or 5**** hotels; this experience is obligate to be able to compare international quality standards.<\/p>\n<p>All EAWS-contracted auditor teams for the certification category\u00a0<em>medical spa<\/em>\u00a0include at least\u00a0one physician with long lasting professional experience.
